Order Confirmation and Payment
Once we receive your mould, you will receive an order confirmation email with a payment link. Production of your grillz will only begin after payment has been successfully processed in full. Grillz should take between 4-6 weeks unless specified.

Final Sale Policy
All purchases of grillz are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Moulding & Fit
It’s essential to take care when completing the mould, as improper moulding may result in poorly fitting grillz. For the best results, professional teeth moulding is recommended. Some designs may also require adhesive for a secure fit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Usage Guidelines
Do not eat with your grillz in, as this can damage or warp them. Smoking is allowed, but be aware that silver grillz may tarnish over time. For regular smokers, dental gold or gold grillz are better options.

Loose Grillz
If your grillz feel slightly loose when they arrive, they can usually be tightened at home. If you experience any issues, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Cleaning & Maintenance
To keep your grillz looking fresh, clean them with toothpaste and a toothbrush. For extra shine, use a polishing cloth. If you prefer professional cleaning, reach out to us for assistance.
